The first lady at the counter wasn’t all that helpful: she didn’t really know what I was talking about. There was another young gentlemen, standing on the other side of her, who overheard of our conversation. And he was so enthusiastic, and so helpful. He got onto his little walkie talkie and said, “Conversation plug, where can I find them, where can I find them!” And I thought to myself, here is a guy doing his daily work. He has made my day so much more interesting and exciting, because he is so super friendly about job that he does." -Deo de Wit
